The app starts with your iPhone’s region currency. When you first set up the app, it asks is this your currency? so you can change it.

1. On the envelopes tab, tap … at the top right.
2. Tap settings.
3. Under general, tap currency settings.
4. Tap currency.
5. Find your currency. You can search for it.
6. Tap your currency. It saves and takes you back.

Changing the currency changes how your amounts look. It doesn’t convert them from one currency to another.

On currency settings, below preview:

• currency symbol: $, £, €, ¥, or type your own in custom, up to 5 characters
• currency symbol position: before, after or none
• decimal separator: period or comma
• thousands separator: comma, period, space or none
• decimal places: none, one, two or three

preview shows the result, and each change saves right away.

Choosing a new currency resets these. The symbol and decimal places change to the new currency’s, and the separators and symbol position follow your iPhone’s region. reset goes back to your iPhone’s region currency and its usual format.

These settings are saved on this iPhone only. On another device, set them again.
