Start Fresh

Looking to reset your data and start fresh? No problem! Below are a few options outlined for you. Take a moment to review them carefully and choose the one that suits you best.

Delete All Transactions

This option is useful if you haven't budgeted in a while and want a fresh start, or if you initially set up your account incorrectly but don't want to go through the hassle of setting up your envelopes again.

To delete all your transactions and reset all envelope amounts to zero while keeping your envelopes intact, follow these steps:

  1. From 'Settings', choose 'Erase Data & Start Fresh'
  2. Confirm by selecting 'Delete All Transactions'

Delete All Transactions and Envelopes

This option is useful if you haven't budgeted in a long time and need a completely fresh start. It wipes everything clean so you can start with a blank slate. If you choose this option, we recommend revisiting the onboarding process to help you set up your account again

To delete all your transactions, reset all amounts to zero, and delete your envelopes, follow these steps:

  1. From 'Settings', choose 'Erase Data & Start Fresh'
  2. Confirm by selecting 'Delete All Transactions and Envelopes'

To revisit the onboarding:

  1. From 'Settings', choose 'Revisit Onboarding'

Delete All Data and Account

Please note: This option should only be used if you want to delete your entire account with us. It will not cancel your subscription, which is managed in your phone settings or app store. If you delete all your data and account and wish to access your subscription again, load the app and on the paywall, tap 'Restore Purchase' in the bottom right corner. This will bypass the need to resubscribe if you have an active subscription.

To delete EVERYTHING, including your account, follow these steps:

  1. From 'Settings', Choose 'Erase Data & Start Fresh'
  2. Confirm by selecting 'Delete All Data and Account' and follow the prompts
