How to Change and Customize Currency

The currency in Budget Bestie is automatically set based on your iPhone's region settings. If you’d like to update or customize the currency format in the app, here’s how:

Go to Settings and select Currency Settings under Preferences.
From here, you can adjust:
- currency symbol: choose a standard symbol or customize your own (up to 5 characters)
- symbol position: decide if the symbol appears before, after, or without the amount
- decimal separator: choose between a period or comma
- thousands separator: select comma, period, space, or none
- decimal places: opt for none, one, two, or three decimal places

At the top, you’ll see a preview area to see your changes in real-time. If needed, tap reset it'll return to your original currency settings
